**Please note, this event is a sleepover -- if you RSVP, be prepared to stay the night!**
Join us for a night of dream yoga and hypnopompic musical serenades. After a discussion of dream cycles, and intentional lucid dreaming techniques, Tibetan dream yoga and relaxation exercises will be practiced. Then once we are asleep, an improvisatory all-night concert for a sleeping audience will begin, with movements timed to match the dream cycles and induce purposeful wakings (for dream/vision documentation) at appropriate intervals throughout the night. It is recommended that participants keep a dream journal in the weeks prior to the event, use it at the event to document any dreams, and bring their own sleeping bags/bedding.
